Cancellation Policy

Same day cancellations/reschedules and no shows are charged $100, no exceptions.

Cancellations /reschedules within 48 hours are $50, no exceptions.

​

This includes virtual consultations. 

​

This means if you book an appointment for 4:00pm Wednesday, you need to cancel by 4:00 Monday to not receive a $50 cancellation fee. No exceptions.

You can inform us of your cancellation by calling 949-998-4611, leave a voicemail if you reach us after hours.  DO NOT CANCEL VIA INSTAGRAM or EMAIL.

We will not remind you of the cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or same day, we will automatically charge your card on file. 

​

All patients are required to have a card on file, if you have multiple cards on file, we will charge one of those cards.
